Autumn House
Private sector project featuring seasonal house in Farmfields with unique rural character
About Project
The Autumn House is a private sector project that focuses on seasonal houses located in the picturesque Farmfields region. The project boasts a unique rural character and is surrounded by agricultural land, with an undulating topography and numerous hedgerows, hedgerow trees, and farmsteads. The location of the project has inspired a collaboration with Landscape Architects from Potterton Associates, Architects from Holloway Foo Architects and 3D Visualizers from Goroll.uk.
Our team of experts has meticulously focused on key elements to create a 3D visualization of the landscape that showcases the natural beauty of the area while also providing functional features for the residents. These key elements include extensive new native hedging to increase connectivity, including legacy oak tree planting, significant areas of wildflower meadow and margins to add interest and habitat value, a new pond to aid drainage and add habitat diversity, a simple, informal garden scheme with flexibility for children’s changing needs as they grow, smaller seating areas to allow visual links to the wider countryside, a vegetable garden with a composting area, and bee hives. Additionally, existing hedges will be retained and managed to maintain the natural charm of the area.
The building design also includes several key points to enhance the overall aesthetic and functionality of the project. These include the use of agricultural motifs, walling to ‘disguise’ the building, addressing water issues at the site entrance, sub-dividing the site, using the existing entrance, and strengthening tree planting.
At Goroll.uk 3D Visualization Studio, we are committed to dynamically cooperating and progressively approaching every iteration to provide the most accurate 3D representation of the building and landscape. Our goal is to give the investor a comprehensive understanding of the project and the ability to fully immerse themselves in the mood and atmosphere of the Autumn House.
